Late Shri. Balasaheb Wagh himself being a voracious reader believed that reading is an exercise for the mind. It helps open doors of new knowledge to enlighten the minds. He never lagged behind in sincerely imparting social status to society by stressing the need of reading good books as he opened up the doors of libraries all over Niphad Tehsil, Muktangan being the centre at Bhausaheb Nagar. It holds 32000 plus books covering various genres.
